Prizes & Pressies from Beautiful Addie & Adorable Autumn

Here we are here helping Mommy open the huge box that came from Addie of Raising Addie.

We were the prize winners of this wonderful little girl dog gift box. Addie's mommy knew that we planned on giving it to our little neighbor if we won, so she graciously included extra special pressies for us too!! What a gal! Thanks so much Addie and Addie's mommy. We love you.

Hootie LOVED this flat stuffie bat that Addie sent for him. He has demolished it. But good!

This is Tazzie, the little gal to whom we gave the big princess prize. She was rescued by our friend Stephanie a couple months ago. Taz was used as a breeder at a puppy mill for 5 years and is so happy to be living with Stephanie and finally living the good life. She is such a happy girl!
Her mommy said she will send us a pic of her in the tiara when she gets her hairs cut again.

And here I,Baby Rocket Dog, am modeling my mustache ball. I love it!!

A few days ago Hootie received a package with a tasty Hartz bone and toy in it. It was from Autumn's Birthday Costume Contest. He hogged up the bone and can you believe it, he even growled at me when I tried to help him eat it?! Sheesh. We didn't get any photos of that, but wanted to tell Miss Autumn that Hootie has enjoyed his loot a lot. When we get home to Idaho Hootie said he'll talk Mommy into taking us to visit Autumn's DaleFellow, Jackson, so he can deliver a butt-sniff from her. Well buddies, please go visit both Autumn's and Addie's blogs. Both are filled with great posts. (Addie's last post was on the pooches of the devastation in Japan. There is an awesome video of dog loyalty.)

So, to conclude, we have been heaped with wonderful gifts lately and are very grateful. ALSO, our mom finally won a bid on a camera just like her broken one on eBay, so in a few weeks we'll be back in business!! Hooray!!

Look At The Sweet Stuff I Got In The Mail!!

This is Flat Sally Ann and me. You know she's my #1 sweetie, right?

She got me the upsome most cool card for V-Day. See all the kisses on it??

And here I am with Sally Ann's picture, enjoying one of the chewy treats she sent me.
She also got me this awesome lobster, which immediately had a squeekerectomy
performed by an Airedale who shall remain nameless.

Since Sally Ann sent 2 doggy treats I thought I had better give
the Airedale (who shall remain nameless) one.
She would have stolen it anyway, so it was better to appear magnanimous!

Here I am choosing my new lobster over the old one. The old one is missing all of it's stuffing and was in really bad shape. He was my favorite toy for quite some time, before BabyRD killed him. Mommy threw him away after I chose my new S.A.Lobster as my new favorite. RIP old friend.

All of this cool stuff pictured above was sent to me by Sally Ann from Atlanta, Georgia...my Welshie/Georgia Peach!! Sally's dear mama, Lisa, even sent my folks a little Valentine heart with hooman chocolates in it. Daddy ate most of them since he's the chocolate bear in our house. lol. The very best pressie of all that was in the package from Sally Ann was a headshot of my sweetie AND Flat Sally Ann herself. Awesomeness!! I held off on posting this until our MM2011 Costume Contest was all wrapped up. Just want to say to sweet Sally Ann: Thank you so much for all the great pressies and Thank you for being my Valentine!! You're the bestest WelshieGal a Welshie chap like I could ever wish for!!!

Jazzi's Gift Exchange Surprises!

Today we went to the Post Office and picked up a package that arrived while we were in Seattle for the Christmas holiday. (*Actually two packages from Rockford, IL...long story for later.) It was from our buddies in Jazzi's gift exchange, Lil and Angus!! Lil and Angus are Scotties and they sent BabyRockegtDog a large stuffie duck and sent me a giant, white, furry moose. Most excellent!! Baby desqeaked and destuffed her duck immediately, so it is now awaiting the stuffie fairy for reconstruction. Actually I ended up helping her by playing tug of war with it. BUT, when I opened my stuffie I wouldn't allow her to come near him. He is so soft and squeaky and mine all mine!! There was even a gift for Mommy from Evil Ed the Basset, Lil and Angus's brother's pooch: Fancy jewelry with hearts and a Scottie. WooWoo!! And last but not least, there were 2, yes, TWO jars of homemade doggy treats (with fancy paper plates and matching napkins!!!). Oh man we're in poochie heaven!! Gotta go now. My moose needs me to hug him some more.

We LOVE Miss Sally Ann...Many Thanks!!

I, Hootie, enjoy my flat lamb that Sally Ann sent me for being a RAT Council Forum member. Actually, I think of it as a love gift since Sally Ann has been my sweetheart for a while now.

Baby Rocket Dog is chewing the crown off of her bunny princess that Sally Ann sent her.

Wasn't that sweet of her to think of my big sister??

Now how did this photo get in here? I luuuurve my new flat lamby from my sweetie, Sally Ann. That purse-chew was "a plant" there by Mommy. I don't play with a purse. I'm a masculine Welshie, don't cha know?!

(Note from Mommy: He does too chew on that little purse...Until he got his new toy from Sally Ann, that was one of his favorites. He carried it around everywhere!!)



These videos show our sheer joy with the pressies Sally Ann sent us. They were mailed to our address in Phoenix and Daddy brought them with him when he came home to Idaho. Oh dear Sally Ann, we truly love our new pressies. That was sooooo sweet of you to think of us.

Oh Eric! What A Wonderful Surprise!

Today Hootie and I had the best surprise. Quelle surprise! We received a package from across the pond from our buddy Eric Square Dog. It was full of the most marvelous pressies! We don't usually get presents in the mail, so this was a big deal for us. You might recall that in January when we drove down to Phoenix from Idaho Hootie had made "the great escape" at a pit stop in Rocker, Montana and lost his rabies tag and also his Welsh flag ID tag. Well guess what one of the pressies was from Eric? Yup, a brand new Welsh ID tag engraved with Hootie's name and our phone#. Hootie also got a cool new camo collar by DogzTogz and a Welsh neck kerchief. Mommy said she wants to wear the Welsh neck kerchief because it is so lovely. (Hootie said he'll think about it.) I got a nifty pink kerchief with daisies and words all over it and the most fabulous new collar. You know how I love collars. This one is a beaut! ANd it has a big pink daisy on it with MY name and phone# on it too! Soooo special. As soon as we opened the package we found a note written by Eric on this big WFT post card. (I hope you can see it in our collage above.) There was a nice big squeaky toy by Cruft's that looks just like an award and it says "Cruft's Best In Show" on it. Hootie immediately took the award, because he thinks he's such a great specimen of a Welsh Terrier. BOL! I'm sure the award was really meant for me but I'll allow him his fantasies. We've both already enjoyed chewing on it. Eric (& possibly his mommy!!) even thought of our mommy and sent her some real English toffee and a WFT luggage tag. We don't have words to express how tickled we all are with such excellent pressies. So, thank you Eric and your mommy too for being so thoughtful. We just love all the great stuff!!
