A Walk Near Squaw Peak

Mom and Dad with the two of us. Whose bum is that behind us?? We'll never tell. Bol!!
That handsome fellow holding our leads is Dad! Mom took that picture looking for shadows.

We went for an awesome walk near our condo a couple days ago. The folks and our hooman sissy and her husband all walked up the little peak right where we live. That Christmas tree made out of lights is put on the hill every year by the Point Hilton, who is our next door neighbor. At night it looks like a real tree. There were lots of cacti and other thorny plants too. We didn't see any rattle snakes or critters, though we know that there are javalina, quail, roadrunners and bobcats on that hill. It was lots of fun going with the whole family. Then when we got home, we all took a nice, lonnnnnng rest!

I bet you guys would like to find a road runner, but you won't catch it!

Road Runners? Like in the Looney Tunes cartoons featuring the speedy-yet-flightless bird wot say BEEP BEEP and his constant pursuer, Wile E. Coyote? How pawsome!

I found the doggie chiropractor here: http://www.avcadoctors.com/avcadus.htm
It do tell you wot ones be in your state and it not be just fur dogs but fur all critters. Mom picked mine coz House Rabbit Society uses him and likes him coz he fixed up a wonky wabbit fur them and gess wot, I like him too! Is not like going to the V-E-T at all. It be funs! No needles or alien probes or nuttin.

Hi Everybuddy, isn't it the best when the family go on walks together. Looks like you had a fab time. Glad you didn't see any snakes. We have to watch out for them too (but not rattlesnakes) just our Aussie types. No worries, and love, Stella and Rory

Cool walkies. Your neighbor carries that all the way up... wow woo. I hope santa noticed and stopped by. Jeepers, momma would be worried about rattle snakes out there since I'm always off leash... I wonder if I could catch a road runner... I bet woo two have tried.
